Volker Striemer is a freelance cameraman and image designer with many years of experience in the realization of documentaries, corporate projects and productions in the field of classical music. His visual signature moves between clear composition, atmospheric lighting and a deep sense of rhythm, space and expression.
He pays particular attention to cinematic works in the world of opera, classical concerts and music theater - including numerous productions for stages, festivals and renowned institutions. His spectrum ranges from sensitive portraits of artists to large-scale orchestral formats and experimental forms of audiovisual translation of classical works.
At the same time, Volker Striemer has been working intensively for several years on AI-supported image generation and the creative potential of artificial intelligence. As a lecturer, he teaches the basics and creative strategies of AI visualization - always with the aim of achieving a balance between technology and artistic approach. In his work, he combines the analog experience of the classic camera view with the digital possibilities of the present.
